Coach, a global fashion house based in New York, seeks a Project Manager for Global Store Design. You will coordinate international store projects, manage schedules, and drive cross-functional collaboration across design, construction, and operations.

Ideal candidates bring a PM/architecture background, 4+ years in project scheduling, and strong communication skills to ensure timely store openings and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project scheduling or coordination within retail, architecture, or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of international processes and landlord requirements.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and stakeholder communication across international store projects.
• Track milestones, prepare weekly status updates and dashboards for leadership and teams.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and coordinate跨-functional mitigation strategies.
