Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Store Construction Procurement in New York to lead procurement strategy for store construction, design, and architecture.

You will partner with global and regional teams to align sourcing and drive value across new stores, remodels, relocations, and rollouts. You will own RFx processes, bid analysis, negotiations, and final awards, while building strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and fixture suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Store Construction, Store Development, Architecture, Construction Services, or related.
• Experience with general contractors, architectural services, store fixtures, furniture, millwork, lighting, flooring, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for Store Construction, Design and Architecture categories, balancing value, timelines, quality and risk.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and support execution.
• Own and execute sourcing initiatives, RFx events, bid analysis, supplier recommendations, negotiations, and final awards.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, value creation, supplier consolidation, and procurement targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, including terms and performance.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, millwork and fixture suppliers, installers and vendors.
• Develop business cases quantifying savings and procurement impact.
• Present strategies and savings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee sourcing workstreams and ensure timely execution and objective achievement.
• Identify process improvements across intake, sourcing, contracting and handoff.
• Use spend data and market insights to identify opportunities.
