Job summary

Coach in New York seeks a Construction Project Manager to own assigned retail projects from kickoff through store opening, ensuring brand standards, approved budgets and project timelines are met.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review design and construction drawings, manage RFIs and change orders, and travel up to 50% to support execution across the portfolio. A CM-related degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of retail, commercial, hospitality or related construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, project delivery processes and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from AOR Kickoff through Store Opening, Turnover and Project Closeout.
• Drive project execution while aligning with brand standards and budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery across all project phases.
• Conduct Landlord Kickoff meetings and review design/construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Store Design and Construction Finance on budgets and delivery.
