Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through influence and drive accountability across contractors, developers/landlords, vendors and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC's, CM's, subcontractors and suppliers for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Coordinate preparation of contracts, purchase orders, requisitions and payment processing for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion per plans and prototype standards; monitor schedule milestones and safety.
