Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to lead projects through influence and drive accountability across contractors, developers/landlords, vendors and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC's/CM's and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, processing, and payment of requisitions and invoices.
• Oversee construction schedules, phase plans, and milestones to ensure on-time store openings.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Monitor safety and compliance, review progress, and manage budget reporting.
