Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Store Manager in Janesville, WI to drive store and donation center success. You will lead staff, manage sales and donor growth, and act as a community partner to foster engaging customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, project budgets, and implement policies while maintaining safety and service standards across all areas of the store. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 3 years' managerial experience.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Work varied schedule with a minimum of one closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops talent within the store team and training program.
• Oversees daily operations and implements policies and programs.
• Manages budgets and monitors revenue and expenses to meet goals.
• Ensures customer and donor service standards are met.
