Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Store Manager to drive store and donation center success. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and promote community partnerships to grow sales and donor engagement.

You will oversee daily operations, implement policies, and train staff while ensuring safety, quality, and quota attainment across shifts. This role requires flexibility with hours and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or experience equivalency and a minimum of 3 years' managerial experience.
• Forklift certification, if required at site.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop talent across the store and donation center.
• Plan and manage projects of low to moderate complexity related to store functions.
• Engage with the community and champion goodwill initiatives.
• Optimize workflows, inventory management, and staff schedules to maximize output.
• Achieve customer and donor service goals.
• Maintain store environment, staffing, and production quality to hit revenue targets.
• Train others on processes, equipment, and customer service.
• Supervise safety audits and ensure compliance.
• Produce accurate budget reports and projections.
• Identify business needs and proactively solve problems.
