Job summary

Goodwill NCW is hiring for a Full-Time store leadership role at the Weston Store in Schofield, WI. You will oversee donation flow, drive sales and production plans, and lead a team to deliver strong results and a positive customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to other locations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donation door to store floor process with customer-centric focus.
• Implements strategies to meet sales and production plans; manages store finances & operations.
• Maintains SOPs for store presentation, layout, safety, and policies.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, performance management and development.
• Manages change through planning and coaching; maintains team presence.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and conducts safety audits.
• Supports marketing and community awareness initiatives.
• Works to build a high-performing team through coaching and cross-training.
• Other duties as assigned.
