Job summary

Rally House in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager by ensuring standards, coaching the team, and keeping the store guest-focused. This role partners with the Head Coach to drive daily results and maintain a smooth operation.

You will lead ongoing training, onboard new hires, coach performance, and help with merchandising, safety, and labor planning. Availability includes daytime, evenings, weekends, and local sports events to support seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Merchandising leadership and visual execution to drive sales.
• Support operational standards, safety, cash handling, and policy adherence.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in Head Coach's absence.
