Job summary

Rally House in Ann Arbor is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, coaching teammates, and upholding standards across operations, merchandising, and service.

You will lead training, drive daily performance, and ensure open availability for daytime, nights, weekends, and events around local sports. This role blends leadership with hands-on store execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
