Job summary

Rally House in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking an Assistant Coach to act as Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance by ensuring standards are executed and by developing the team. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members
• Coach performance and support corrective actions
• Lead execution of visual directives and seasonal transitions
• Own service execution and customer experience standards
• Analyze store performance and drive actions to improve results
• Support payroll planning and labor optimization
