Job summary

Rally House is looking for an Assistant Coach to act as the Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance and guest-first experiences by ensuring standards are consistently met and by helping develop the team. This role partners with the Head Coach to drive results, train, coach, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment during busy events and daily operations.

Availability includes daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays to align with local sports schedules, events, and featured

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
• Validate Playbook adherence through observation and walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and policy standards.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in Head Coach’s absence.
• Lead execution of visual directives and seasonal transitions.
