Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to act as the Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance through consistent standards and team development. You will adapt to changing priorities, coach staff, and maintain a guest-focused environment under the Head Coach's guidance.

Key responsibilities include talent attraction, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and ensuring safety and policy standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience required.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with open availability including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up.
• Own execution of operational standards and routines.
