Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a fast-paced convenience store team. You will model guest-first service, develop staff, and execute store strategies to drive sales and profitability while maintaining safety standards and brand integrity.

You will mentor Shift Managers, manage performance, and collaborate with the General Manager to optimize labor, inventory, and guest experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or restaurant leadership experience.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must pass food safety and alcohol service requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team and mentor staff across shifts.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Champion food safety and regulatory compliance through coaching and audits.
• Drive results by analyzing reports, adjusting plans, and collaborating with leadership.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and enforcing performance standards.
