Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a dynamic Co‑Manager to lead store teams, drive guest satisfaction, and execute daily operations with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll mentor Shift Managers, coach team members, and manage inventory, safety, and cash controls to achieve sales goals.

In this role you’ll leverage your 3–5 years in retail or food service leadership in a high‑volume setting, apply business metrics, and promote RaceTrac’s core values while developing your career with promotional opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
