Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an energetic retail leader to oversee store operations and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor Shift Managers, champion guest service, and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies.

With strong coaching and communication skills, you will analyze store metrics, optimize scheduling, and drive profitability while maintaining excellent guest experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.
