Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Mentor shift managers and staff through training and coaching.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability with store strategies.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and cash controls.
• Ensure food safety and labor compliance across shifts.
• Support scheduling and maintain open communication across teams.
