RaceTrac is seeking a Co‑Manager to lead a busy store, partnering with the General Manager to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and coach shifts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture and ensure welcoming interactions.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example.
• Foster open communication across shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and elevate the in-store experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and alignment with brand standards.
• Champion food safety & compliance and conduct quality checks.
• Provide performance feedback and drive accountability.
