Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to partner with the General Manager in a high-volume store. You will lead and mentor teammates, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold RaceTrac standards across operations, safety, and inventory.

You will develop talent, coach through training, and drive performance while working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with guest-first culture.
• Support store-level operations to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Champion food safety and compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Drive results through collaboration and accountability across shifts and teams.
• Educate and coach team members on service and promotions, inventory, and safety.
