Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manaser to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused store environment. You will mentor Shift Managers, coach team members, and drive store performance with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

You will read metrics like P&L, labor, and sales to optimize performance, promotions, and food service standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

• Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example.

• Support Operational Excellence and drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
