RaceTrac is seeking a Co‑Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example. You’ll drive store performance, develop talent, mentor Shift Managers, and ensure a guest-first culture while delivering efficient service.

You’ll manage operations, inventory, cash controls, and promotions, supervise safety and scheduling, and help create a dynamic, high‑volume environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or food service.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to read business metrics and act on them.

Responsibilities
