Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a proactive Co-Manager to lead a store team with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will mentor Shift Managers and team members, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure food safety and compliance while aligning with RaceTrac’s standards.

This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll develop talent, monitor performance, and collaborate across shifts to meet metrics and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team by cultivating a guest-first culture and coaching staff.
• Support store-level operational excellence by driving sales, guest satisfaction, inventory management, and cash control.
• Champion food safety and compliance through regular quality checks and adherence to policies.
• Drive results through collaboration by analyzing reports, setting expectations, and coordinating scheduling with the GM.
