Job summary

Windsor seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee all store operations, loss prevention and profitability. You will coach a team to meet sales goals, control payroll and expenses, and ensure policy compliance while delivering friendly, respectful customer service.

The role requires leadership of up to 25 associates, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced indoor environment. Training, recruiting, visual standards and asset protection are key duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store
• Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Communicates well and effectively in a one on one setting and in a group setting

Responsibilities

• Manages all store operations, loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability.
• Accountable for achieving store and company overall profitability expectations in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
• Treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect.
• Effectively sales directs by coaching and motivating employees to achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Ensures compliance is met for all company operations, policies, and procedures.
• Controls store shrink by practicing and preventing loss.
