Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Store Co-Manager to be the Store Manager's right hand in a Woodbridge, VA location. You will drive sales, coach a team of assistants and stylists, and ensure adherence to Windsor's visual and merchandising guidelines.

You will collaborate to control payroll, shrink, and expenses while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and manage productivity in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a team of assistants and stylists.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and smart merchandising.
• Own accountability for payroll, shrink, and expenses.
