Job summary

Windsor stores need a Co-Manager who acts as the Store Manager’s right hand, driving sales and store operations with a focus on payroll, shrink, and expenses. You’ll coach a team of up to 25, building a culture of respect and performance while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers.

You will partner with the Store Manager on talent selection, onboarding, and day-to-day execution, ensuring Windsor policies, merchandising directives, and visual guidelines are consistently applied.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills, in groups and one-on-one.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity while controlling shrink, payroll, and expenses.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Lead onboarding and talent development to maintain a strong talent pool.
• Analyze KPI reports and translate data into actionable behaviors.
• Ensure Windsor Visual Guidelines and Merchandising Directive are executed.
