Job summary

Windsor Fashions LLC is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists to deliver an outstanding Oasis experience for every customer.

You’ll analyze KPI reports, schedule strategically, maintain Windsor’s Visual Guidelines, and ensure efficient store operations. Partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising directives while living Windsor values

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall store performance by managing KPI metrics.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actionable strategies.
• Organize and plan store operations with attention to payroll compliance and cost control.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and execute the Windsor Merchandising Directive.
