Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Windsor Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of fashion-focused Assistant Managers and Stylists. You will lead by example, ensuring high performance and a culture of respect and accountability.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain Windsor’s merchandising directives and ensure a neat, compliant store with strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker capable of resolving issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Welcomes feedback and is always ready to improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall store success as a member of the sales-directing team.
• Build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actionable behaviors.
• Draft and onboard new talent, supporting retention goals.
• Plan and organize operations to ensure payroll compliance and efficient store operations.
• Lead and train the team, fostering continuous improvement and using company tools.
• Uphold Windsor policies and maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines.
