Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to join our store leadership team. As the Store Manager's right hand, you will drive sales, coach a team of assistants and stylists, and ensure the Oasis experience aligns with brand standards.

You will analyze KPI metrics, manage payroll and expenses, and maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines. A strong, collaborative leader with a track record of improving performance is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
