Windsor is seeking a capable store manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive profitability across the store. You will coach staff to meet sales goals, ensure policy compliance, control shrink, and maintain visual standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

The role requires leadership to guide up to 25 associates, effective communication, and a focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store.
• Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates.
• Communicates well in one-on-one settings and in groups.

Responsabilités

• Applies and coaches others on 4 Step Selling Techniques.
• Achieves Personal Sales Goals of Black Dot/Gold Star Performance.
• Achieves Company KPI Goals and Expectations.
• Follows Loss Prevention Procedures and controls shrink and expenses.
• Enforces and follows all company policies, procedures, guidelines and programs.
• Maintains Company Visual Standards.
• Makes deposits, holds keys.
