Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving store productivity, sales, and payroll goals. You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, build brand loyalty, and ensure an Omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

You will lead by example, prioritize training and development, and uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines while promoting a culture of respect and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development能力 to manage up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
