Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail/food service leadership experience.
• 1+ year of management preferred.
• Ability to read business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Drive store-level strategies to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, cash control, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure food safety compliance and store cleanliness.
• Coach and mentor Shift Managers and team members.
