Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a high-volume store and help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You will mentor Shift Managers, coach staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within RaceTrac's operating divisions.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and staff.
• Drive store performance through training, coaching, and setting clear expectations.
• Manage inventory, cash control, and promotional execution.
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and audits.
• Support scheduling and collaboration with the General Manager.
