RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to join our store leadership team in Lawrenceville, GA. This role partners with the General Manager to drive guest experiences, sales, and store operations while mentoring Shift Managers and frontline teammates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensure welcoming interactions; mentor Shift Managers and staff through training and coaching; empower teams with clear expectations and feedback; foster open communication across shifts.
• Support Operational Excellence: Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability; monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control; drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance; keep store clean and aligned with RaceTrac standards.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular food quality checks; ensure safety regulations and policies are followed; maintain documentation for audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration: Analyze reports, identify trends, take action to improve performance; support team scheduling with the GM; provide performance feedback and accountability.
