Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by fostering a guest-first culture and coaching staff.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and feedback.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example to drive accountability.
• Drive store-level strategies to improve sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control; ensure brand standards.
