RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to join our team in GA, driving store performance and leading by example. You will mentor shifts, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team by cultivating a guest-first culture, mentoring Shift Managers and team members, setting clear expectations, and leading by example.
• Support Operational Excellence by executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability; manage inventory and vendor relationships; drive promotional execution and food service compliance.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance by conducting regular food quality checks, ensuring safety standards, maintaining documentation for audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration by analyzing reports, identifying trends, coordinating with the General Manager on staffing, and providing performance feedback to drive accountability.
