RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a confident Co-Manager to support the General Manager in achieving store profitability and delivering friendly service. You will lead by example in food execution, cleanliness, and safety, while coaching staff across all shifts.

The role emphasizes inventory control, scheduling, and staff development within a high-volume retail environment. Prior supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision of food service, retail, or restaurant operations preferred.
• Ability to analyze profitability and store financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Takes initiative and shows leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in store profitability and operations.
• Lead guest service, cleanliness, and food quality initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to shifts; train managers and staff.
• Monitor guest transactions and ensure efficient service levels.
• Manage inventory controls and minimize waste.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing while maintaining labor standards.
