Job summary

Michaels Santa Barbara is seeking store team members to maintain a high standard of store appearance and assist customers with shopping and checkout. The role includes cleaning, stocking, and participating in omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and cashier duties.
• Stocking, truck un-load, and planogram processes; support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
