Job summary

Michaels, a leader in arts and crafts retail, is seeking team members to maintain store cleanliness, help customers, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. The role also involves stocking, checkout duties, and adherence to company SOPs.

Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and working odd hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship from Store.
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
