Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the LA-TUSTIN/JAMBOREE store in California for a team member focused on cleaning, stocking, and customer service. You’ll help keep the store clean, assist customers, process transactions, and support omnichannel activities like BOPIS and SFS. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
