Michaels stores are seeking team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers find items, process transactions, and support store operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, and following safety procedures. Applicants must be at least sixteen and be able to stand for long periods in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop and find items.
• Perform cleaning tasks including mopping, dusting, and trash disposal.
• Assist with stocking, POS accuracy, and checkout duties as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and company policies throughout shift.
