Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member to help maintain a clean store environment, assist customers, and support checkout and omnichannel processes. The role involves stocking, unloading trucks, and following SOPs to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Candidates should have retail and/or cleaning experience. The position is on-site with benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with fast and friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
