Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Harrisburg to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment while assisting customers on the sales floor.

You will handle checkout, guide customers to products, and participate in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. This role requires standing for long periods and basic math skills for cash handling.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Handle checkout with accurate cash handling and enroll customers in Rewards program when appropriate.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store) and stock replenishment.
• Support safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
