Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking upbeat team members to maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist customers in finding products. You will perform cleaning tasks across bathrooms, floors, breakrooms, and stock areas while supporting safety programs and SOPs.

As a valued team member, you’ll engage customers, process transactions at checkout, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes when needed. Evening and weekend hours are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop our store and find what they are looking for.
