Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Harrisburg is seeking a Part-time Store Environment Team Member to uphold store cleanliness and recovery standards while delivering friendly customer service. You will assist customers, help them find products, and participate in checkout activities including rewards program enrollments.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, trash disposal) and deep cleaning key areas such as bathrooms and entryways.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness and recovery standards across store areas.
• Assist customers, help them shop and enroll in rewards programs at checkout.
• Perform cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, trash disposal) and deep clean key areas as needed.
• Support truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) processes; follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
