Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for our Pitt-North Hills location in PA. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized store, assisting customers, and executing daily tasks with a friendly demeanor.

You will support checkout operations, engage shoppers with rewards programs, and participate in stock, BOPIS, and safety initiatives to uphold our brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers as needed.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POGs).
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
