Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate at our N. Huntington location. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast checkout while maintaining store standards.

You’ll support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS and participate in truck unload and replenishment tasks to keep the store well‑stocked and inviting. The role involves engaging customers with our Rewards program, assisting with framing and production in the framing area when cross-trained, and adhering to

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Execute cash handling to standards and provide fast checkout experience.
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms and store recovery.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and offer solutions.
• Ensure a smooth checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and maintaining a well‑merchandised store.
