Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store associate position in the United States. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining an attractive, in-stock store. You will participate in omni-channel processes and support store recovery and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery.
