Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physically able to perform store duties including cleaning and stocking.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• English communication and basic math skills.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for proper coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
