Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4376 in Idabel, OK to support day-to-day operations, run the register, coach team members, and act as manager when the Store Manager is off. You’ll focus on customer service and store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role requires open availability (weekends/holidays), a valid driver’s license and insurance, and a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Open Availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Comfortable with cleaning, restrooms, and outdoor areas like pumps.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to retail operations.
• Food Safety Certification held or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
