Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for Store 594 in Eldon, MO. The role requires strong leadership, customer service acumen, and the ability to cover weekends and holidays on second/third shifts.

You will assist with daily operations, drive upselling, hire/train a high-performing team, and manage schedules, cash handling, and inventory. This full-time position offers weekly pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and stocking.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must have (or obtain) Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Operate the register with speed and accuracy while delivering great service.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Participate in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Act as Store Manager when the manager is off duty.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and store financials.
• Provide leadership feedback to drive team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
